Learn from your customers

Do you know what value your organization offers to your marketplace? Seriously, what would you say if someone asked you right now, “What kind of value do you bring to existing and new customers?” or “Why do customers order from you instead of another VAR?” If you can’t answer these questions, you need to turn inward and find some answers fast – these answers are the key to your success! Talk to your end-users who are most vital to your business. Ask them why they choose to order from you instead of someone else. What key things are important to them today? Where is their business going tomorrow? What are their common concerns? What add-ons are they most interested in? And listen. Open your ears, close your mouth and take it all in. The answers they give will allow you to become an expert for your customers!
