What makes you different from your competition? If you couldn’t answer that immediately, then you don’t know what your value proposition is – and you’d better figure it out and fast! I know many resellers have a hard time figuring out what sets themselves apart from the competition, but if you don’t know what makes you unique, how are you going to communicate that to your customers and show them why they should want to buy from you? Truth is, the industry is becoming more saturated, and you must have a value proposition that tells customers what makes you remarkable. Otherwise, you’re just another vendor that blends in. Identify something special that you offer that nobody else can. Make sure it’s meaningful to your customer – and then toot your own horn!
