Be open to changing plans


We don’t live in a neat and tidy world anymore. Thanks to the speed of technology and the rollercoaster ride of the current economy, nothing is static. Which means your plans and strategies shouldn’t be either. Whether it’s creating a new program one day, which clearly won’t work the next or writing an idea or a service in a blog post only to find out that your idea annoyed a bunch of followers, you must be open to change. It’s part of the whole transparent marketing trend that is exploding today – but the reality of it is, changing to meet the needs of your stakeholders – your customers, vendors, partners, and potential leads – simply makes sense. Don’t put your ideas in a box. Allow them to breathe, grow, evolve, and move with the flow – and watch where those changes lead you.
