An interesting article from iMedia.  Reviews 4 difference “social media” elements and some links to various resources.  One of the fundamental beliefs is that social media is now mainstream.  And the concept that without a strategy there will be more social media elements such blogs, Twitter accounts and Facebook elements that are unused. 

Net: have a plan, communicate your plan – the results and continue to experiment.
