For each direct mail campaign you execute or new product you decide to sell, put the systems in place that will allow you to measure the ROI. You can do this; you just have to take the steps to get started. Look for the tools to help you. They exist. No one else is going to do the work for you. It’s your choice—you control your own destiny.
